Most of us can easily accelerate from zero to sixty in a heartbeat, but do you know how to "decelerate" from sixty to zero just as fast?

The focus of the Breathe In, Bliss Out workshop is to show you how to down shift and release all the tension in the body through the use of Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls. Through self guided massage techniques you will learn how to release tension in your body, soothe stressed muscles and liberate muscles used for breathing. Once these breathing muscles are restored into their more natural, relaxed state you will discover deeper, more expansive breathes helping to down-grade your entire nervous system.

The session will end with a guided meditation, which will allow you to experience a state of deep, conscious relaxation.  You will leave feeling refreshed in body, mind and spirit.

Roll for Relief: Feet and Knees is created for the individual that enjoys being active and mobile whether it’s walking, running, biking, surfing or playing at the park. For the amount of time we spend on our feet, most of us don’t pay a lot of attention to them.  Using the grippy, pliable Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls we will explore techniques to improve our gait and relieve these tired puppies.   
 
From the feet we’ll head up towards the hips, soothing muscle groups such as the calves, hamstrings, quadriceps and the IT band.  If you have achy knees or feet or even a tight low back you’ll learn take home strategies for self-care solutions and receive welcome relief in the moment.

This workshop is for people who experience:

  • Plantar Fasciitis or Bunions

  • Shin Splints

  • Knee discomfort or pain

  • Quadriceps, hamstring or IT Band tightness

  • Anyone who wears flip flops, high heels or enjoys cute shoes over comfort
